Frozen Blueberry Yogurt

Ingredients

1/2 cup low-fat natural yogurt (“Mom” prefers organic)

3/4 cup frozen blueberries

1/2 cup cottage cheese

1 tablespoon slivered almonds

1 teaspoon fructose
