1 package tofu
garlic cloves (1 to 3 according to taste)
herbs of preference
2 cups (vegan if possible) bread crumbs
1 onion chopped
2 tbsp olive oil
Mix all ingredients in bowl. Blend with fork and hands.
Bake in oven at 450 about 20-35 min.
