I like flavored waters.

Just plain old need to drink more water and having it flavored would help me to want to drink it more!

I can no longer have caffeine, which means no Dr Pepper, so this might be the best alternative!
I discovered these recently and WOW! I’m such a fan. Cascade Ice sparkling waters have the perfect amount balance of effervescence and fresh fruit flavors. They are more refreshing than sodas any day.

We drink a ton of Cascade Ice. especially in the summer while we’re out & about
I would love to try cascade ice water–I was in an accident when I was a child and had to have my jaw wired shut nothing but liquid for weeks—I hated the feeling of being water logged –now I constantly avoid the feeling and end up getting dehydrated -I need to find a refreshing liquid that feels good.
