Cranberry Blue Burger
1 bag Harmony Valley Vegetarian Hamburger Mix (HV)
4 Tbsp blue cheese crumbles
1/2 cup cranberries
2 tsp seasoning salt and pepper
1 Tbsp minced garlic
Lettuce and tomato on top
- Hydrate HV as directed.
- Add blue cheese, cranberries, seasoning salt, pepper, and garlic to the HV mix.
- Make 4 patties and place 1 Tbsp of blue cheese crumbles in the middle of each patty.
- Fry for 3 minutes on each side and finish on the grill (medium flame) or in the oven (350 degrees) for about 7 minutes on each side.
- Top with lettuce and tomatoes, if desired. Enjoy!
