Feta cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, olive oil…what could be better?! This oh-so-easy pizza will have you whisked away to the Mediterranean in no time! Now, excuse me, it is time for lunch….

Karoun Dairies Fun Feta Cheese Pizza

Ingredients

Mediterranean flat bread (2 medium size)

1 jar julienned sun dried tomatoes

1 cup Karoun Mozzerella cheese, shredded

½ cup crumbled Karoun Mediterranean Basket Feta with Sun Dried Tomatoes & Thyme

Fresh Thyme leaves to taste

4 medium plum tomatoes, halved

2 T. olive oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

Preparation

Sprinkle julienned sundried tomatoes and shredded Karoun mozzarella over Mediterranean flat bread.

Top with tomato halves and Karoun’s Mediterranean Basket Feta.

Combine olive oil and garlic. Brush tomato slices with oil mixture.

Bake for about 10 minutes until cheese melts and pizza is heated through. Let stand 5 minutes. Top with fresh thyme and serve.
