Enjoy the water without seasickness by drinking this refreshing pineapple and ginger-infused drink!

Pineapple Ginger Muddle

Ingredients

1.5 oz lime juice
1.5 oz simple syrup
1/4 cup fresh pineapple chunks (Vitamin C)
1/4 teaspoon fresh grated ginger (aids in digestion & nausea)
Top with Ginger Ale

Garnish: pineapple wedge & mint sprig

Preparation

Combine all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Top with ice and shake vigorously. Strain into chilled cocktail (or “mocktail”) glass.
