Happy Dill Salmon Recipe
1 clove garlic
4 sprigs of dill
1 tbsp olive oil
4 tbsp Happy Hemp
3 salmon fillets
For the dill sauce, in a blender combine garlic, dill, olive oil, Happy Hemp, and salt and pepper to taste. Blend well.
Pour the sauce over the salmon fillets, cover and put in the refrigerator for one hour.
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Place salmon on middle rack and let cook for 10 minutes. Prepare a plate of lemon wedges to be served on the side.
