Pumpkin Smoothie

Ingredients

1 cup Canned Pumpkin

1/2 cup Apricot Preserves

1 cup Milk (“Mom” prefers organic)

1 tablespoon Sugar

1 pinch Cinnamon

1 pinch Nutmeg

1 cup Ice

Preparation

Blend all ingredients in a blender until creamy.

The sweetness can be adjusted to taste by adding more or less sugar. Pumpkin Pie spice may be substituted for the nutmeg and cinnamon.

Total preparation time: 10 minutes

Serves: 3
