The secret is out! This is the heart-healthy recipe for perfectly seasoned Spicy Guacamole from Chipotle Mexican Grill!
Spicy Guacamole
Ingredients
2 large ripe avocados, peeled, pitted
4 teaspoons fresh lime juice
1 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
4 large garlic cloves, finely chopped
4 large serrano chilies seeded, chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt
Preparation
Using a fork, mash avocados with lime juice in small bowl.
Add cilantro, chopped onion, chopped garlic, serrano chilies and salt and stir to combine.
Makes about two cups.
