‘Candy Corn’ Fruit Cup

Ingredients

2 cups mango cubes

2 cups clementine segments

2 cups fat-free, plain Greek yogurt

Top with zest of clementine

Preparation

Layer fruit in a martini glass and place the Greek yogurt on last, topped with the clementine zest. Yum!

Serves 4.
