Good morning! Created by registered dietician and vegan Cynthia Sass, this nutritious smoothie will liven things up in the am!

Spicy Sunshine Smoothie

Ingredients

1 cup unsweetened organic soy milk

One half of a medium orange, seeds removed

One half cup fresh pineapple

1 Tbsp. honey

2 tsp. NutraVege

1 tsp. ground cinnamon

8 ice cubes

Preparation

Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and whip until smooth. Pour into a tall glass and enjoy!
