Simply sinful – these peanut butter chocolate chip cookies are gluten-free and flourless, yet taste A.M.A.Z.I.N.G. From prep time to completion, these cookies are ready to be enjoyed in under 20 minutes!

Flourless Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies


1 C firmly packed brown sugar

1 C chunky (or smooth) peanut butter

1 large egg

1 t baking soda

1/2 t vanilla extract

1 C milk or semi-sweet chocolate chips


Stir together first 5 ingredients in a medium bowl, using a wooden spoon. Stir in chocolate chips. Drop cookie dough by heaping tablespoonfuls onto a parchment paper-lined baking sheet (A MUST). Bake at 350 for 12 minutes or until puffed and golden. Cook cookies on baking sheet 5 minutes, then remove to wire rack.

Makes about 18 cookies.
