Grilled to perfection, this tasty afternoon treat or cooling dessert was created by Kathryn Simmons Flynn, author of Cooking for Fertility. Ready in minutes, everyone will be clamoring for more!
2 mangoes, peeled, pitted, and sliced
3 tablespoons fresh raspberries to garnish
1 tablespoon slivered almonds
1/2 cup Goat yogurt (optional)
Preheat grill. Grill mango slices over medium heat until warmed through, about 3 minutes per side, flipping once. Remove from heat, and cover with a dollop of goat yogurt and fresh raspberries with slivered almonds on top. Serve immediately.
