Power Yogurt for One
Serves 1. Hands-on time: 2 minutes. Total time: 2 minutes.
• 1/2 cup plain low-fat yogurt
• 1 scoop whey protein powder, flavor of choice
• 1/3 cup sliced strawberries
• 1 tsp flaxseed oil
• 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Place all ingredients in a bowl or take-away container and mix until protein powder is thoroughly blended in.
