Delicious and refreshing, this smoothie courtesy of Camp Shane is certain to get things shaking in the morning!

Strawberry – Orange Shake


2 cups unsweetened frozen strawberries

1 cup unsweetened orange juice, chilled

1 cup skim milk (“Mom” prefers Rice Milk)

1 (8 oz) carton strawberry low-fat yogurt (“Mom” prefers organic)


Place frozen strawberries, orange juice, and skim milk in container of an electric blender, top with cover and process just until strawberry mixture is blended. Add strawberry yogurt, and process just until blended. Pour strawberry mixture into chilled glasses; serve immediately.

Yield: 5 cups
