Assemble the ingredients ahead of time for a fun afternoon activity with the kiddos – they will love choosing their own organic ingredients to make these healthy cereal sundaes!

Cereal Sundae


1 cup plain yogurt

1/4 cup whole grain cereal, homemade granola or gorp

1/2 cup fresh fruit, diced (any favorite or mixture is fine)

2 Tbsp. Hemp Seed (sprinkle on top)

1 Tbsp. Dark Chocolate morsels (on top)


Layer ingredients as you would a sundae. Sprinkle hemp seeds and chocolate morsels on top.
