For the cheese lover in all of us, this extra-cheesy quesadilla features the addition of rich, flavorful Karoun cheese!
Karoun Dairies Extra-Cheesy Quesadilla
Ingredients
1 package (10 ct.) 6 inch flour tortillas (“Mom” prefers whole wheat)
8 oz. shredded Karoun’s Original Hand-braided String Cheese (pulled apart by hand)
8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese (“Mom” prefers organic)
1 cup chopped cilantro (optional)
Preparation
Place Karoun’s Original Hand-Braided String Cheese, cheddar cheese, and cilantro on one half of a tortilla and fold over.
Place filled tortilla in a medium skillet over medium-low heat and warm until cheese melts.
Serve warm, and enjoy!
