KRUPS Fresh Mint Lemonade
30 fresh mint leaves
1 1/2 cups sugar (“Mom” used Stevia in the Raw instead of sugar)
1/2 cup boiling water
1 tablespoon grated lemon rind
1 1/2 cups fresh lemon juice (8 large lemons)
5 cups water
Press 8 large lemons in KRUPS Citruspress, then boil ½ cup of water in KRUPS Precision Kettle. Stir together sugar,mint leaves and boiling water until sugar dissolves – then stir in lemon rind,juice, and 5 cups water. Serve over ice.
Makes about 7 servings.
