Mom” loves anything Greek, and this tantalizing greek pizza is just heavenly! For those who are vegetarians, simply leave off the turkey. Enjoy!

Greek Pizza


1 package JENNIE-O TURKEY STORE® Classic Young Turkey Breast, uncooked and thinly sliced
2 cups thinly sliced onions
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
2 teaspoons CARAPELLI® Mild Olive Oil
1 (12-inch) thin crust Italian bread shell
1 cup chopped tomatoes
12 PELOPONNESE® Kalamata Olives, pitted and slivered
1 (6-ounce) package feta cheese, crumbled


In a large bowl, combine turkey strips, onions, parsley, lemon pepper, garlic and oregano. In a large nonstick skillet, over medium-high heat, sauté mixture in oil 5 to 7 minutes or until turkey is lightly browned and no longer pink in center. Place bread shell on a 15- x 10- x 2-inch baking sheet. Top with turkey mixture, tomatoes, olives and cheese. Bake at 450°F for 10 to 12 minutes or until heated throughout and cheese is slightly melted.
