Spicy Shrimp Ceviche


2 oz. shrimp
1 oz. each diced cucumbers, tomatoes, & red onions
1 tsp. chopped cilantro
1/2 lemon
1/2 jalapeño finely chopped
Salt and pepper to


Cook the shrimp in water. Cool and dice. Mix with the remaining ingredients.
