1 cup Sunrich SōL Unsweetened
½ cup Fresh blackberries
½ cup Fresh Raspberries
½ cup Fresh Blueberries
2 tablespoons Plain Greek yogurt
¼ cup Pineapple juice
2 tablespoons Flax seed meal
Pour Sunrich SōL Unsweetened and pineapple juice into a blender. Add the blackberries, raspberries, blueberries, Greek yogurt, and flax seed meal. Blend until smooth. Serve in chilled glasses.

Mocha Avocado Smoothie
½ whole Avocado (peeled & sliced)
½ teaspoon Instant coffee granules
½ teaspoon Unsweetened cocoa powder
1 cup Honeydew melon puree
1 ¼ cup Sunrich SōL Vanilla
4 to 6 Ice cubes
Place ¼ to 1/3 of a whole honeydew melon into a blender to make 1 cup of puree.
Pour Sunrich SōL Vanilla into the blender. Add the avocado, coffee granules, cocoa powder, melon puree, and ice cubes. Blend until mixture is smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.
