Easy to make, this snack by Tosca Reno, author of Just the Rules, offers a sweet and crunchy taste with holiday flavors including cranberries, molasses and rolled oats.

No Bake Power Balls

Ingredients

½ cup / 120 ml uncooked rolled oats
¼ cup / 60 ml pumpkin seeds
¼ cup / 60 ml dried unsweetened cranberries
¼ cup / 60 ml dried unsweetened currants
¼ cup / 60 ml organic hemp protein powder with fiber
¼ cup / 60 ml millet
2 Tbsp / 30 ml roasted golden whole flaxseed
½ cup / 120 ml natural nut butter
1 Tbsp / 15 ml unsulfured blackstrap molasses
½ tsp / 2.5 ml real vanilla

Preparation

1. Combine all dry ingredients in a medium-sized bowl, mixing well. Stir in nut butter, molasses and vanilla. Using your hands, knead mixture until well combined.

2. Using an ice cream scooper, portion out 10 equal-sized balls and place in an airtight container. Store in refrigerator or freezer. No need to thaw before eating.
