5 ingredients is all it takes to make this light and refreshing salad!

Tomato, Cucumber, and Basil Salad


4 fresh tomatoes, quartered and sliced

1/2 large English cucumber, peeled, quartered, and sliced

1/2 cup fresh basil leaves

3 – 4 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

1 freshly ground black pepper, to taste


Arrange tomatoes and cucumber in a flat bowl. Add basil, dress with vinegar, and sprinkle with black pepper.

Makes 6 servings.
