Pomegranate & Strawberries Smoothie


1/2 cup of fresh pomegranate juice
1 banana
A handful of fresh strawberries (or frozen mixed berries)
1 large TBSP. of creme fraiche or low-fat plain yogurt
1 tsp. of honey (optional)
1 cup of water


Put all ingredients into blender and mix until smooth.
