Natural Energy Smoothie
Ingredients
1/3 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
1/3 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
1 cup chopped kale
1 cup spinach
1 banana
1/2 cup Positive Energy Orange Juice
1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
1 cup plain Greek yogurt (“Mom” prefers organic)
1/2 cup ice
Preparation
Blend ingredients together in a blender or food processor until smooth. Serve immediately.
