Filled with 12g of Vegan protein, this superfood bowl is great for breakfast, as a healthy snack, and as an after workout pick-me-up! Suggested toppings are below, but feel free to get creative with your own favorite fruits, superfood additions such as chia seeds or hemp hearts, too!
Performance Protein Bowl Recipe
2 Sambazon Performance Protein Superfruit Packs
1 scoop Vegan Protein Power
1 tbsp Nut Butter
¼ c Almond Milk
1 tbsp Cacao Powder
Toppings: Fresh Seasonal Fruit, Sliced Bananas, Granola, Goji Berries, Hemp Seeds, Cacao Nibs, Mulberries
1. Allow the superfruit pack to soften in room temperature for 2 – 3 minutes.
2. Peel a banana and break it up into the Magic Bullet cup.
3. Break up the frozen pack with your hands into smaller chunks, then cut off the top of the pack and drop contents into the Magic Bullet cup.
4. Add Vegan Protein Powder, Nut Butter, Almond Milk and Cacao Powder and blend on low until smooth.
5. Pour into a bowl and top with Fresh Seasonal Fruit, Sliced Bananas, Granola, Goji Berries, Hemp Seeds, Cacao Nibs and Mulberries
6. If not serving right away: place bowl in the fridge or cooler. Blend again for a few seconds before serving.
